Our on-farm Certified kitchen produces the best pickles, jellies, jams, and preserves you can find. With both State of Georgia and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) licenses we not only strive for great taste and quality, but the cleanest environment in which foods can be produced. Robin is federally licensed by the USDA to operate our kitchen and in addition to terrific canned products she offers a line of organic shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and goats milk soaps.

 

GARLIC DILL PICKLE SPEARS

These pickles are made with a basic Kosher Dill brine with garlic cloves added to give a bit more garlic flavor. These are the most popular pickles that we produce.

 

 

HOT JALAPENO DILL PICKLE SPEARS

These pickles, like the Jalapeno Dills, are made with a Kosher Dill brine, but have twice as many jalapeno pepper slices added to each jar to not only give you a robust jalapeno flavor, but the heat as well.

 

 

JALAPENO SWEET PICKLES

These are bread and butter pickles with a kick. Each jar has a few slices of jalapeno pepper added to give the pickles a sweet and hot flavor. A wonderful combination!

CHOW CHOW RELISH

This is an old fashioned southern condiment, enjoyed on peas, greens, and meats. It is perfect for hot dogs, or in chicken and tuna salad, too.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PEAR PRESERVES

Made the old fashioned way and available only when our trees produce enough pears to process, this is Robin’s favorite. Robin’s mother used to pack her lunch for school with cold fried chicken, biscuits, and these pear preserves. Gets no better than this! Please check for availability.

 

 

 

 

 

 

TOMATO BASIL SAUCE

Tomato Basil Sauce can be heated up and enjoyed as a soup, during the heating process, you can add cream to make it Tomato Basil Bisque.  This sauce can be poured over a pork roast, pork chops, pork loin, or chicken. Cover the pan and bake in oven at 350° for at least 30 min. per pound of
meat. With the juice from the meat it makes a delicious sauce to go over your potato, pasta, or rice side dish.

 

 

AWESOME SAUCE

Awesome Sauce Can be used as a Marinara Sauce. Or brown one pound of ground meat of your choice. Drain off any liquid. Add a jar of “Awesome Sauce”, add mushrooms, if desired, and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve over pasta and enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

CHILI SAUCE

Chili Sauce Brown one
pound of ground meat of your choice. Drain off any liquid. Add a jar of “Chili Sauce”, stir in, add a can of beans, if desired, and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

PEACH SYRUP

This was our first fruit product and is still our favorite. Beautiful peaches from Dickeys Farms are pitted and mashed, sugar is added and the mixture is cooked until the little pieces are translucent, then it is canned. There are endless ways to enjoy the nectar. It is delicious on toast, hot buttered biscuits and if you put it on vanilla ice cream, you just might hurt yourself! It is seasonal, so please check for availability.

 

 

STRAWBERRY JAM

This is the strawberry jam that you grew up eating. Nothing fancy added, just delicious, juicy, bright red strawberries! Check for availability, strawberry plants do not produce all year!



 

 

 

 

 

 

BLUEBERRY PEACH JAM

Locally grown blueberries and peaches from Dickeys Farms are blended together to make this delicious jam. It has the mellow flavor of blueberries and the sweet taste of Georgia peaches. You can’t go wrong serving this delicious jam. Check for availability.

 

 

PLUM JELLY

This is old fashioned jelly at its finest. Made from locally grown plums, it is the jelly that your ancestors grew up on. Made exactly the way that our Grandmothers did, it will take you back to your childhood. We try to process enough plums to last until the plum trees produce again, check for availability.

 

 

PEACHY PEPPER JELLY

This pepper jelly is made with peaches from Dickeys Farms and jalapeno peppers. It is delicious on cream cheese and crackers and served with cheese, crackers and fresh fruit. It is also a perfect condiment for roasted pork and other meats. We try to make enough to last until the peach trees produce again, but check for availability.

 

BLACKBERRY JELLY

This Jelly is made from organic blackberries and is absolutely delicious. There are no seeds in this jelly and it may remind you of the hearty breakfast that you enjoyed at your Grandmother’s house as a child. We do our best to make enough to last until the vines are producing again, so check with us for availability.

This is a pepper jelly made with organic blackberries and jalapeno peppers. It is delicious on cream cheese and crackers, and served with cheese, crackers, and fresh fruit. It is also a perfect condiment for roasted pork and other meats. Check for availability.

 

 

MUSCADINE JELLY

This ruby jelly is made from muscadines grown here in the Middle Georgia area. It has a delicious “grapple” flavor and will brighten up even the most dreary breakfast. This jelly is available seasonally.
